DOUBLE DOWN DETAILS

Athl

  • Individuals: You will perform 21 Deadlifts, then 21 Bar Facing Burpees, then 30 Double Unders. Then 15 DL, 15 BFB, 40 Double Unders. Then 9 DL, 9 BFB, 50 Double Unders. 

  • Bar Facing Burpees require the athlete to jump over the bar with two feet.

  • Teams: You will perform the prescribed double under buy-in before moving onto the Deadlift/Synchro Bar Facing Burpee

  • Only one athlete will be on the floor at a time during the Deadlifts. The non-working athletes will be on the start mat. You may tag in and out at any time during the deadlifts.

  • Only two athletes on the floor at a time during the Synchro Burpees over the bar. The non-working athlete will be on the start mat. You may tag in and out at any time during the burpees. 

  • Burpees will be performed synchronized with the chest touching the ground at the same time before jumping over the bar. The athletes must jump over the bar with two feet.
