The Challenge: For each of the first 4 weeks of the new decade, a CrossFit® Dakota Games Subject Matter expert will send you some info jam packed with tips, tricks, and advice on how to train with intention for your next competition. At the end they'll issue you a challenge. Prove to us you did it on social and you could win one of 4 awesome swag packages.
Each week, a special SME will send you your info and issue the challenge. All you have to do is prove that you did it by posting about it on social media and tagging us and you're entered to win.
